EUGEN BAUDER (he/him) turned to acting at a young age via the school theater stage. His mother moved with him from Kazakhstan to Germany when he was still a child. In addition to his first guest appearances in various TV productions, Eugen was soon seen on the big screen in feature films such as TÜRKISCH FÜR ANFÄNGER (2011), RONNY & KLAID (2015) and RATE YOUR DATE (2018). His first leading roles followed with the cinema drama FUCKING BERLIN (2015) and the TV feature film UNSERE JUNGS (2018). In the Netflix multi-part ÜBER WEIHNACHTEN (2020), as well as in the ZDFneo series VIERWÄNDEPLUS (2022), Eugen was part of the main cast and proved his comedic talent. Even without words, Eugen convinces as a feeling of melancholy in the cinematic album RAVAGE (2022) by the artist Mogli.
In 2023, Bauder starred in the independent feature film WESERBLUT (director: Jakob Gisik) as "Commissioner Thomas Winkler" and in the first part of the fantasy novel adaptation WOODWALKERS, directed by Damian John Harper, which was released in cinemas across Germany in October 2024. This was followed in 2024 by filming for the second part of WOODWALKERS, which is due to be released in October 2025, and in one of the leading roles for the ZDF Christmas film MAMA KÜSST DEN WEIHNACHTSMANN (directed by Alex Schmidt). Bauder is currently in front of the camera for a series project for a major streaming provider.
In 2025, Bauder will be in front of the camera for the Netflix comedy series ALPHAMÄNNCHEN (AT), directed by Jens Martin Scharf.
