Langston Uibel (he/him) born in 1998 in London, is a British-German actor. He became known for his roles in several Netflix productions, including DOGS OF BERLIN, HOW TO SELL DRUGS ONLINE (FAST), and the Emmy-nominated miniseries UNORTHODOX.
In 2023, he starred in Christian Petzold’s AFIRE, which premiered in competition at the 73rd Berlinale and was awarded the Silver Bear – Grand Jury Prize. The film was released in German cinemas on April 20, 2023. In 2024, he made his stage debut at the Burgtheater in Vienna as Demetrius in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S, directed by Barbara Frey. That same year, he was recognized as an international talent at the Black Nights Film Festival in Tallinn and received the Jupiter Award for Best National Actor (Cinema).
In early 2025, he completed a seven-month shoot for the second season of the thriller series HIJACK, filmed in London. He then went on to shoot a new feature film by Jasmin Baumgartner in Austria.
