Julian Baschab

JULIAN BASCHAB (pronouns: he/him) was born in Munich and grew up in Rosenheim. His passion for film and acting began at an early age: even as a child, he made his own films with his brother, and later went on to participate in school plays and work on other film projects with his best friend.

After finishing school, Julian moved to Hamburg and began his acting training at the Zerboni Acting School. At the same time, he gained his first professional stage experience at the Altonaer Theater in Hamburg. In 2023, he appeared there in *OLYMPIA*, directed by Axel Schneider, and began appearing as “Ackermann” in *DIE FEUERZANGENBOWLE* that same year. He also used his time in Hamburg to gain as much on-camera experience as possible and worked on various film projects.

In 2024, Julian played the lead role of “Jerome Siebold” in *FUROR* at the Sensemble Theater Augsburg, directed by Marco Milling. That same year, he was accepted into the acting program at the renowned KONRAD WOLF Film University in Babelsberg and, as a result, completed his training at the Zerboni Acting School. The combination of film and theater aligns perfectly with his artistic interests.

Julian made his TV debut in 2024 in the ARD feature film *ERVUS EDDIE – SPÄTES GLÜCK, directed by Felix Karolus. The film was nominated for a JUPITER AWARD in 2026. Julian also played leading roles in SOMETHING STUPID, HARDFLIP, and UNVOLLENDETE GESCHICHTE. In 2025–26, he starred as “Noah” in the independent production ALLES WAS BLEIBT (AT), directed by Moritz Sachau.

Julian also remains involved with the theater during his studies: In the 2026–27 season, he will appear as “Max” in ZUR SCHÖNEN AUSSICHT at the Staatstheater Kassel, directed by Katharina Marie Schubert. This will be followed by a theater production at the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam.
