ZTA Management was founded in 2020 with the aim of establishing a holistic management concept in the film and creative industry. We organically and strategically connect the areas of a traditional acting, directing, screenwriting, and PR agency. Our approach: personalized representation, long-term perspectives, and a strong focus on values that make our industry more sustainable and diverse.

In 2023, ZTA founder and agent Zetha Asafu-Adjaye and her colleague Elias Asbai were recognized as "Future Leaders in Talent Management" by the international industry magazine SCREEN DAILY. This was followed in 2024 by a nomination for the EMOTION AWARD in the category "Diversity in Media.

These recognitions show us that the film industry is ready for structural change and that value-driven approaches are increasingly gaining support. Together, we are shaping an industry that is not only creative but also fair and sustainable.
